WOMEN INSPIRING WOMEN 2021 CONFERENCE – GAIN ACCESS TO LIFETIME REPLAY

OF THIS INCREDIBLE EVENT

This event was LIVE March 5th to 7th, 2021 and captured on Video

Women Inspiring Women is a 3-Day International Women’s Day Conference & Celebration.

The weekend is filled with featured speakers, facilitators, evening socials, engaging activities and mindfulness practices. You will be surrounded with like-minded women, gaining insight, inspiration, and just Live, Love, Laughing fun.

This is our 4th Annual Women Inspiring Women Conference which has created positive change in the personal and professional lives of many women both individually and collectively.

The goal for this year’s Women Inspiring Women Conference is to contribute towards funding a Youth Self-Esteem Weekend for 50 local teenage girls to attend at no cost (subject to COVID restrictions being lifted in Fall 2021).

About the Women Inspiring Women Conference

 Life is short.

And the older we get, the more this becomes true. Life starts to speed up as we start to watch life pass us by. The Annual Women Inspiring Women is for those who want to make the most of it – to live your best life! Live with Intention!

Self-Love: I AM Enough. You ARE Enough is a 3-Day International Women’s Day Conference and Celebration that will expand globally as we shift to a Virtual Experience. Living with Intention brings good-spirited women together to have fun, gain insight, create community, find inspiration and make meaningful connections.

In its 4th year, Women Inspiring Women is creating a wave of positive change both personally and professionally, as well as individually and collectively.

A true Mind ~ Body ~ Heart and Soulful experience. Each day is filled with inspirational speakers, group activities, an opportunity to connect with many women in business, evening socials and good old fashioned fun!

As we conclude on Sunday afternoon, you will have that ‘happy feeling’ that comes with taking a chance, and a weekend, to truly live your best life.

One Woman's Hope for the Future...

The vision for these Annual Women Inspiring Women Conferences comes from the request from mothers after dropping off or picking up their daughters from a Self-Esteem weekend in 2012 that Rollie Allaire was facilitating. As the mothers would pick up or drop off their daughters, many expressed how a weekend with inspiring women would be beneficial for them.

In the first year, Rollie thought that it would be great to host an event for 200 women. There were a number of unexpected circumstances that changed all that and created a space for the intimacy of a smaller group. She decided that no more than 75 women would join this event. With 42 women registered for the 2nd Annual, this was confirmed. And with 2020, this event was sold out at 75 women.

The goal of this event is to bring women together with inspiring women, and that also means the ones who register as Speakers, Presenters or Vendors. Each of us has the opportunity to grow, learn and teach others.

The women get so much more than learning new information, tips or tricks. Rollie believes that “We are all extraordinary women that are capable of the most incredible things.  Taking time out for ourselves brings us closer to experiencing our desired future. Pay attention to those who believe in you and most importantly believe in yourself.”

Ultimately, I created Women Inspiring Women in the hopes that it would bring joy, peace, and love into women’s lives.

I’ve been fortunate to have had shared this experience over the last few years with incredible women who have shared their stories, experiences and products/services. I bring my experiences to make a meaningful and fun experience, to create new connections, learning, friendships, and laughter.  The effect that Women Inspiring Women has on women’s lives astounds me. The women have shared with me how it has and continues to spark new and lasting friendships, business partnerships, better health, and much happiness.

With every new project, there are learning curves and I am thrilled to say that now in its 4th year, we have incredible plans expand globally during the most challenging time that all of us have experienced around the world.. I invite you to join me and to be a part of this growing community of good-spirited women.  I encourage you to do this one thing for you in 2021, it will be a catalyst for oh so much more to come as it becomes so much more.

SELF LOVE

I AM Enough. YOU ARE Enough.

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SAY “I AM ENOUGH”?

Look in the mirror and say aloud: “I am enough”.
Now repeat and say it with conviction: “I am enough”.

Do you believe it?

Honestly, many don’t. What’s even more interesting about that is that even those “successful” women that we admire or look at with envy don’t believe it either.

“I see the cultural messaging everywhere that says that an ordinary life is a meaningless life. And I see how kids that grow up on a steady diet of reality television, celebrity culture, and unsupervised social media can absorb this messaging and develop a completely skewed sense of the world. I am only as good as the number of “likes” I get on Facebook or Instagram.” – Brené Brown

We asked people where the feeling of not being enough may come from. These are some of the answers we got:

WHY WE STILL NEED TO SAY IT

The feeling of not being enough is built into our culture. Gender roles and social messaging is built into our culture. It shouldn’t be the norm, but we conform to not being enough.

“when we work from a place, I believe, that says, “I’m enough” … then we stop screaming and start listening, we’re kinder and gentler to the people around us, and we’re kinder and gentler to ourselves.” Brené Brown

So here’s the deal: We all struggle with it. It’s completely normal that we do. But to get more out of our lives we need to learn to let go.

I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM
I AM WORTHY, I AM
I AM ENOUGH, I AM
I AM KIND, I AM
I AM THE LIGHT, I AM
Songbird Sinclair (WIW 2019)

We all struggle, but I asked the question to my community as some of us are learning to say “I am enough”. So, we also asked people, “Why is it important to say, “I’m Enough”? And what does it mean to you?”. These are the answers we got:

For me it’s important because I used to be a people pleaser, allowing for others to take and me giving in a way where I started feeling my back break. (Tracy Lee)

I have enough means to me, that all I need to heal, I have it inside of me, my heart, my love, and my knowledge. (Mélyssa)

To me, it is important to know that ‘I am enough’ because it was a battle from a young age to look and act a certain way. I was bombarded by tv and magazines to be thin, to wear a certain colour of lipstick that spring, or behave like a lady and not get dirty in the mud or get covered in sawdust. (Sue)

I am enough because when I say no now, balance is restored faster. And that makes me happy! (Tracy Lee)

Can’t say it now but soon I hope. Still looking for my true self (Francine)

I am enough because when I say no now, balance is restored faster. And that makes me happy! (Tracy Lee)

I’m enough and liking myself as I am. That is a continuous battle for me but as I learn that where I’m at is enough now. If I thought I was good as I can be, there would never be a need for me to improve. (Lonni)

To this I say ‘F^*k that!’ I am who I am and I am going to learn how to wood turn a bowl or put some sediment on a slide so I can look at the organisms that live in mud under a microscope. I will live life as best as I can and enjoy it regardless of preconceived gender roles and what other people think. (Sue)

It’s hard to feel like we are enough when we live in a world that tells us we need to be … thinner, smarter, richer, and more successful. We aren’t enough because of anything we have done or will do. We battle the voices in our heads that say we will never be enough. We compare ourselves to the image of others on social media, television, and magazines.

So let’s refocus as we begin another transformational Women Inspiring Women event.

It’s a weekend of celebration and of letting go of things. We are uplifting each other as women! Things may happen to us, but it DOES NOT define who we are as women!

Don’t miss your opportunity to secure a seat at an event that is sure not to leave you the same as you arrived.

Invite your friends and family to join you. We are ready to unlock your greatest possibilities as we help you understand and know “I AM Enough, YOU ARE Enough!
