“Be a person that radiates happiness with her every movement and enlightens every place she goes with her smile.” ~Debasish Mridha
Do you Radiate Happiness?
Are you happy?
Would who look at you and think you were happy?
Would they aspire to a life like yours?
If you radiate an emotion or quality or if it radiates from you, people can see it very clearly in your face and in your behavior.
“Radiate your best energy. You will be 10X rewarded. Guaranteed.” ~Hiral Nagda
If things radiate out from a place, they form a pattern that is like lines drawn from the center of a circle to various points on its edge.
Pulse check on how you are feeling right now?
Where do you sit on the scales:
- Mostly stressed or relaxed?
- Mostly distracted or present?
- Mostly negative or positive?
- Mostly unhappy or happy?
This may change from day to day, minute to minute, but they give you a fairly good indicator.
We will connect with like-minded people and become radiant for others to aspire to.
In Radiate Happiness, each week we will experience and learn more about creating a shift by tuning into what you’re thinking and feeling more often by having more conscious awareness of our thoughts and feelings.
Like most people, our thoughts are filled with thoughts and beliefs that we inherited from our childhood.
These thoughts and beliefs that had once served a purpose (usually keeping us in the good books of adults around us) were no longer serving us at all as the years go by.
The true gift of adulthood is the ability to have the space and freedom to explore “who am I”, and “what you truly think and feel about things”.
We will collectively create conscious awareness of our own thoughts and feelings to create positive change in our own lives.
While it would be great to be relaxed, present, positive, and radiate peace and contentment all the time, we still get tripped up. We begin mulling over something that happened and dwelling on what we should have done (or what we wished someone else would have done) or thinking about something like imminent chores and their delicately balanced sequence in order to meet some deadline.
The way to be more happy and radiate that happiness, is to live more in the moment.
Regurgitating the past and obsessing about the future are hard habits to break.
Continuing to practice conscious awareness of my thoughts so we can remind myself to let go of the need to do just for the sake of activity rather than inspired progress, recalling the examples of the things that have taken care of themselves in the past.
I know a lot of people feel like they’ve tried and failed at meditation because they keep thinking. But noticing our thoughts is actually the point.
Becoming increasingly aware of how unlikely we are either stressed or negative if you can truly bring myself into the present.
The way to be more happy and radiate that happiness, is to live more in the moment.
If you can connect more with the present, it will help you become less detracted, more relaxed and more positive — in short, happier.
The happier you are within, the more you’ll radiate it outward, and the more infectious that happiness will become.
A world infected with happiness, now that does sound attractive!
If you feel stuck in the weeds and would like a fresh perspective on a situation in your own life.
Have you ever noticed that happiness is not a dependency, it is a decision?
You don’t actually need anything to be happy. It’s not something that comes from outside, it comes from inside, and when you radiate a happy energy you’ll be amazed what it attracts into your life.
Don’t worry, be happy…sound familiar?
Decide now, be happy, and watch magic begin to enter your life.
Mantras (also known as affirmations) are a form of auto-suggestion and as they are practiced daily, they reinforce chemical pathways in the brain which strengthens their neural connections.
So the more you tell yourself “I am happy”, you are physically creating a neurological response that creates more of that feeling and thought energy.
Join our safe, comfortable, and inviting space to speak these mantras.
