    nature.
  • Grow to the fullest version of yourself
  • Transform challenges into opportunities
  • Build your self-esteem
  • Discover greater harmony between you and your mom/daughter
  • Connect with nature.

Do any of these describe you?

Then this Emerge Retreat is for you & your daughter

Tell me about Emerge…

The Emerge Retreat welcomes mom’s & daughters who are invested in enriching their lives by stepping out of the busy-ness of their everyday life. By gifting themselves the chance to focus on healing past wounds, to breathe through present-day chaos, and to make self-care a priority. The Emerge Retreat is a transformational, life-changing experience that will give you clarity, self-confidence, and communication skills.

Each day will offer opportunities to talk about getting out your comfort zone & resilience, finding your authentic self, positive self-talk, journaling, stress reduction, daily meditations, creating affirmations, self-understanding and self-esteem discussions, positive body image, negative media and technology effects (Instagram, etc), and more!

Rollie Allaire invites mothers and daughters, who want to have fun together, and build a deeper understanding of each other while increasing the bond between them. In this space, we will see communication, respect, and relationships flourish in this positive uplifting environment.

You will be led through mental and physical exercises and activities that will leave you laughing, questioning, relating, and bonding with each other through positivity helping you further develop your understanding of your personal and mother/child relationship strengths and weaknesses while discovering ways to develop for the future.

We will have the opportunity for moms to go back into their childhood/teen years and find the relationship between their own experiences that bring about the fears for their daughter. We will be exploring the strengths of their daughter,  as well as their hopes and desires for their daughter’s future. We will have the opportunity to understand their daughter’s perceived strengths and where, as a mother, they can uplift their daughter’s own hopes for the future.

Daughters will have the opportunity to reflect on their mother’s strength and develop a deeper understanding of their mother’s experience at this age to encourage an appreciation and understanding of their mom’s attitudes, ways of coping, and rules.

Rollie will help you feel accepted, your values appreciated, and where there is no judgment. We will learn that there is no ‘right’ way to be a mother and no ‘right’ way to be a daughter and we will try and find a way to be the best mother and daughter combo that WE can be based on who we each are. This weekend is about self-discovery and the discovery of team strengths that need to be encouraged and areas that need to be developed.

Whether you have an almost ‘perfect’ relationship or whether you have challenges that you face daily we will attempt to break down walls of misunderstanding and build castles from your foundation.

Our mother/daughter retreats are geared toward daughters aged 9 to 18yrs.

Connect with other young ladies…

The Emerge Retreat is a perfect opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of every daily life. This is a time for you to let go of stress and responsibilities. To simply relax into peace and calm. This is a wonderful time to escape and have some time just for you or an amazing opportunity to get away with other girls that are working on their relationships with their mom’s too, as well as self-esteem just like you.

Empowerment Trail

  • Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge will be taking us on a guided “Empowerment Trail”.
  • The Empowerment Trail has been in the works for quite some time now, beginning as a vision, and growing into an incredible & impactful experience for all.
  • The intention behind the Empowerment Trail is to lead moms and daughters on an enlightening experience through nature where they will explore, integrate and embody six different, yet connected, core values including: mindfulness, gratitude, community, sustainability, perseverance, and intention.
  • The mission is to provide a transformational trail adventure that encourages everyone to pursue new challenges and interact presently and intentionally with the surrounding environment, as well as, one another.
  • The expedition seeks to spark curiosity and creativity within those who embark on the trek, leaving each individual inspired and empowered to weave these values into their everyday lives and create ripples of change in their community and beyond.
  • It’s been so amazing to watch this trail bloom into its beginning stages and to witness the profound inspiration & empowerment it planted within the first young student group.

About our Accommodations…

Each year, we gather at the Ma’ayan Chalet which is set in its own secluded surroundings and is perfect for our getaway. Where we can enjoy a warm cozy atmosphere curled up by the fireplace or relax in the large walk-out gazebo.

This cabin is completely self-sufficient; complete with two solar panels to provide basic electricity, a fully equipped kitchen with a propane fridge and stove and an indoor composting toilet.

At this time, there is no running water in the cabin; however, jugs of water will be provided from our natural spring for drinking, washing, etc.

The ‘Ma’ayan’ chalet can comfortably accommodate 2 to 14 people. There is a large bedroom on the main floor and an open concept loft that is arranged to meet requirements.

The beauty of Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge is that in the morning, you can wake up to the sun rising over the Laurentian Mountains. At night, we can let ourselves be mesmerized by a campfire. On a clear night, the stars will take your breath away. Don’t forget to make a wish on a shooting star. And if it’s near a full moon, the forest looks as though it is catching fire as the moon rises over the mountain range.

We will have the opportunity to explore the grounds. But, we also have plenty of time to pause and reflect and appreciate some of life’s simple pleasures.
