This week starts with 🌖 WANING GIBBOUS / DISSEMINATING MOON: Phase 6 – Grateful and ♉ Taurus ⛰️ Earth Energy. Let us be reminded of the themes of these two.
🌖 WANING GIBBOUS / DISSEMINATING MOON: Phase 6 – Grateful began already on September 2 at 3:29 am EDT. Themes are all about gratitude, sharing, and enthusiasm. You should now start to experience the rewards of your efforts over the past two weeks. You might notice some positive results related to the goals or plans you had at the last new moon, even if they’re modest. It’s a great moment to be generous to those close to you and feel the love. Take a break and unwind when you can.
On the other hand, Earth Moon is grounded, practical, and stable. Taurus Themes are sensuality, earthiness, and practicality. This Moon sign is quite pleasant. The Moon and Taurus make a great pair since they both have a fondness for food – the Moon is linked to food, and Taurus truly enjoys it. If you’re mindful of your weight, be careful not to overeat, but if you’re not concerned about that, go ahead and indulge. This Moon placement is all about savoring life’s pleasures, so it’s an excellent day to take things slow, perhaps getting a massage or simply relaxing with your loved one, cat, or a warm cup of tea. At 4:07 pm EDT, we welcome the ♊ Gemini ☁️ Air Energy. Air Moon is chatty, flighty, and intellectual. The themes are about communications, travel, neighbours, and siblings.
The day can seem to go very fast because the Moon is in the quicksilver sign of Gemini. This can be a good thing if you’re not already overworked, but a tad confusing if you have a lot on your plate. This might sound like the Aries Moon Day information but it’s different. Aries Moon Day is about action, while the Gemini Moon is more about mental energy – talking to lots of people and non-stop moving about.

🌖 WANING GIBBOUS / DISSEMINATING MOON: Phase 6 – Grateful ends today at 6:19 pm EDT. It will be followed by 🌗 LAST QUARTER MOON: Phase 7 – Release immediately. The themes are all about re-evaluate, balance, and trust. You will continue to feel the benefits of your hard work over the last two weeks. You should be seeing abundance of the “crops”, even if it’s small outcomes to the goals or intentions that you set during the last new moon. This is a good time to give to those around you – feel the love.
Gemini Moon Day is a great time to hold a social gathering (aka a party) because everyone is going to be extra chatty, which oils the social wheels. Conversations today can make sense of a lot of things. It’s a day to be inquisitive.

At 6:20 pm EDT, ♊ Gemini ☁️ Air Energy ends. This will be followed by 🌚⚠️ VOID MOON (VOC) 🌙 which will be until 12:59 am EDT. During this time, we are transitioning between one Zodiac sign to the next, but aren’t reflecting elements/making any major aspects with either sign …. this is the gap between those transitions.
A minute after, ♋ Cancer💧Water Energy begins. The Water Moon is emotional, psychic, and mysterious. Themes are all about home and family, domestic life, and privacy.
Following the commotion of the previous days, there’s a collective feeling of relief as the Moon enters the cozy sign of Cancer. Today is an opportunity to seek solace with your family, or at the very least, to spend time at home. The atmosphere becomes more relaxed, and you might find yourself drawn to domestic activities. It’s a day to make your home comfortable and inviting.

🌗 LAST QUARTER MOON: Phase 7 – Release is the time to start releasing the things you’ve been hanging on to that may be preventing you from fully receiving what you desire. Release those blocks and anything that no longer serves you.
While we are also in the under ♋ Cancer💧Water Energy, it’s time to sort out your home if it’s in a bit of a mess. Clear up, clean up and do the washing. Have friends or family over to enjoy a good meal. (Cancer loves food!) If you find yourself giving in to Cancer Moon Day is a wonderful time to work on your doubts and fears. Work out what’s worrying you. This is also a good day to show someone your soft underbelly. Don’t be too hard-headed.

We are still experiencing ♋ Cancer💧Water Energy which will end until 8:46 pm EDT the next day. 🌗 LAST QUARTER MOON: Phase 7 – Release is still present as well. Just like Cancer, it will be ending the next day at exactly 6:34 pm EDT.

We are going to end this week with a new zodiac and moon. At 8:47 am EDT until 12:35 pm EDT, 🌚⚠️ VOID MOON (VOC) 🌙 occurs. During a Void of Course Moon, it gives us the time to just sit with the energy. If you can avoid doing anything during this time, then just sit with it in silence. Don’t start anything “big” or “important”.
By 12:36 pm EDT, ♌ Leo🔥Fire Energy begins. The Fire Moon is fiery, impulsively, and passionate. Leo Themes are all about fun, creativity, kids (your own or someone else’s), and flirtation.
It’s time to show off a little! Leo is the showstopper sign of the zodiac and when the Moon makes her monthly trek through Leo, you can be sure someone somewhere is turning heads. If you need to do something with confidence, Leo Moon Day is a great place to start.
At 6:36 pm EDT, 🌘 WANING CRESCENT / BALSAMIC MOON: Phase 8 – Surrender takes place. And release … Now there is just a sliver of Grandmother Moon being lit up and decreasing as it moves towards the new moon. It carries the themes about healing, soothing, surrender, and emptiness.
