This week starts as a continuation of last week’s moon and energy. 🌒 WAXING CRESCENT MOON: Phase 2 – Setting Intentions began on July 17 at 2:32 pm EDT until July 25 at 6:05 pm EDT. Let us remember the themes it has are all about courage, moving forward, and faith.
The Air Moon is chatty, flighty, and intellectual. Libra Themes are specifically about you, significant others, lovers, VIPs, foes, balance, harmony, marriage, and relationships.It is the sign of partnership and relationships, so when the Moon is in the sign, it’s a wonderful time to turn your mind to romantic matters. And also to business matters involving partnerships.

A 🌚⚠️ VOID MOON (VOC) 🌙 is happening at 11:05 am EDT up to 12:55 pm EDT. This signifies that the Air moon is gone and will be replaced by another zodiac. It is important to note that during a Void of Course Moon, it gives us the time to just sit with the energy. If you can avoid doing anything during this time, then just sit with it in silence. Don’t start anything “big” or “important”.
Immediately, ♏ Scorpio💧Water Energy takes place at 12:56 pm EDT. The Water Moon is emotional, psychic, and mysterious. The themes are all about sex, death, anything taboo, jealousy, rebirth, taxes, and other people’s money.
While at 6:05 pm EDT, 🌒 WAXING CRESCENT MOON: Phase 2 – Setting Intentions will end and will be replaced by 🌓 FIRST QUARTER MOON: Phase 3 – Action.It’s time to commit about a week after the new moon, we’ve reached the first quarter. We are now one-quarter of the way through Grandmother Moon’s cycle.

At 6:06 pm EDT, 🌔 WAXING GIBBOUS MOON: Phase 4 – Refine begins and it will be around until August 1 at 2:30 pm EDT. Better stay on course as the waxing moon is one phase away from becoming a full moon. The largest part of the moon is lit up leaving it to be seen throughout the day.
Also remember that 🌓 FIRST QUARTER MOON: Phase 3 – Action is still present. This is when obstacles appear and we begin to feel some resistance. The first hitch is experienced here if your intentions were set with the new moon.
We are still feeling the ♏ Scorpio💧Water Energy. Remember to tread carefully with anyone known to have a short fuse or a mean streak. And if you know you have a bit of a nasty sting in your own tail, do your meditations today. Minor upsets and petty jealousies can crop up to remind us we’re humans on the evolutionary trail. It’s a transformational energy. Scorpio Moon Day can actually have a major impact, be it material or physical, or psychological.

This is the moment we say goodbye to ♏ Scorpio💧Water Energy and welcome ♐ Sagittarius🔥Fire Energy. This Fire Moon is fiery, impulsively, and passionate. The themes are all about travel, study, freedom, the Great Cosmic Quest, religion, and higher education.

Today, we are still having 🌔 WAXING GIBBOUS MOON: Phase 4 – Refine and 🌓 FIRST QUARTER MOON: Phase 3 – Action. Remember that the time for rest and setting your intentions are over and it’s time to work harder than ever. Things will now be thrown and you may need to make decisions on the spot. Stay calm and be flexible. Make decisions that will bring you closer to your desired outcome with the intentions that you set during the new moon. Keep focused on your desires.
Also, it is a good day to let off some steam, overindulge, and take things as far as you can while we are having ♐ Sagittarius🔥Fire Energy. This energy loves excess and pretty much always overdoes it. All this “have your cake and eat it too” can come at a cost. Be careful not to throw caution to the wind totally today. Being adventurous is one thing but being reckless is another.

We welcome ♑ Capricorn ⛰️ Earth Energy immediately after the Void of Course Moon. The Earth Moon is grounded, practical, and stable. Capricorn Themes are all about work, ambition, career, and where you leave your mark.
Capricorn is the most ordered and ambitious of the signs so when the Moon is here, being sensible and strategic is the order of the day. It’s a wonderful time to get your life back on track. Think about where you’ve been, where you want to go, and what kind of mark you want to leave on the world.

Behaving maturely and thinking long-term are the keys to success now. Be smart, but don’t be too serious. Work out your goals for the months ahead (it’s a good day to do your month-ahead plan), but don’t let all this squeeze the joy out.
