Kids & Teens have Stress Too! 

Families are under more stress than ever before and that includes kids. 

Throughout the school year, Rollie Allaire, Holistic Life & Wellness Coach offers 2 programs:

 

  • Little Star Program ages 4-8
  • Mindful Hearts Program ages 9-13

Tuesdays Ages 4-8

Wednesdays 9-13

Must Sign Up 48 Hours Before Next Session. Sessions are either 4 or 6 weeks depending on the age group.

Little Star Program Ages 4-8

Little Star is a Kids Stress Program that uses creative and imaginative body-based techniques as a way to approach relaxation and mindfulness. Mindfulness is believed to be the key to good mental health, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and emotional resilience.

Mindful Hearts Program Ages 9-13

Mindful Hearts is a Kids Stress Program that uses creative and imaginative body-based techniques as a way to approach relaxation and mindfulness. Mindfulness is believed to be the key to good mental health, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and emotional resilience.

About Rollie

Over the years, Rollie Allaire has worked with children and youth in various mental health settings throughout the district. 

As stress and anxiety is the most prevalent challenge that parents and teachers describe that the children and youth in our community experience, she put together this program that allows children to learn different ways to cope with stress and anxiety. 

The groups are small to allow the program to be tailored to the children who attend the programs.
