Being able to understand who you are and how you shift as Grandmother Moon goes around the Earth will help you tap in more clearly to how to address things.

THERE IS A WAY …

You will begin by learning and understanding your three signs: Sun Sign, Moon Sign, and Rising Sun

This will help you understand who you are, how to work through your resistance and challenges, and have a better understanding of your authentic self.

It’s important to know that this will take work. I suggest setting aside time daily, or if that’s not possible, look at carving out a week at a time.

This is part of that self-care. You don’t need a lot of time. If you can carve out 15 minutes a day, you will have this down pat.

Incredible insight comes from looking at the energy that surrounds us at different times in the month, the season and a year.

Once you learn your rhythm you can use it to support your own personal growth, and inner work.

Grandmother Moon has a rhythm that, like it or not, we experience: eight lunar phases that bring
their own daily energies as she moves in and out of the twelve zodiac signs.

And as Mother Earth moves through the four seasons, it brings its own teachings and insights.

The expression, “To every thing there is a season”, because at times we feel like we’ve been here before or that we’ve worked through this particular situation or issue. That is so true, because our lives are full of cycles.

The great thing about cycles is that every time we cycle, we have the opportunity to address the thing we missed or tweak an area we’ve started each time it comes around.

We are creatures of habit and follow the path of least resistance. If we can learn to create daily habits and work with our cycles instead of against them, the resistance is greatly reduced.

When we create daily practices such as setting daily intentions, and move within the natural rhythms of Grandmother Moon (Moon Medicine) we have an ebb and flow that no one else has.

Go to www.astro.com to sign up for a FREE account. You will need your date of birth, place of birth and the exact time you were born.
Choose FREE HOROSCOPES at the top of the menu bar. In that the drop-down select Natal Chart, Ascendant.

SUN SIGN ASPECTS

ARIES

Aries is ruled by the Planet Mars.
This is a FIRE sign.

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac. Natural leaders, often impatient, take the initiative, honest, risk-takers, and generous.

TAURUS

Taurus is ruled by the planet Venus.
This is an EARTH sign.

Taurus is a very slow and contented creature. They see red when angry, like the bull though. This is a very practical side and if it makes sense to them, they will do it. They have a purpose.

GEMINI

Gemini is ruled by the planet Mercury.
This an AIR sign.

This is the flirtatious sign of the zodiac. They are thinkers and talkers. This sign is also one of the most intellectual of the zodiac. They grasp concepts easily. There’s a playfulness, and a willingness to learn and to connect mentally. Can have too much head and not enough heart though.

CANCER

Cancer is ruled by the celestial body, the Moon.
This is a WATER sign.

Like the crab, they have a very hard shell and a super-soft and vulnerable underbelly. Cancer is a mix of super-soft and easily sentimental Water sign, yet a dynamic, self-starting Cardinal sign. Cancer is a very feminine sign. This is the sign of the Goddess. This is the sign that people refer to as Moon Child.

LEO

Leo is ruled by the Sun.
This is a FIRE sign.

Leo is magnanimous and wants to shine and so it does. Leo is also very generous. Leo stands out. They are ambitious, creative and have dignity. Leos like to be the centre of attention and they often are.

VIRGO

Virgo is ruled by the planet Mercury.
This is an EARTH sign.

Virgos are the down-to-earth kind of sign. They are awesome people to have around. Very practical, reasonable and very helpful. Great at analyzing, attention to detail and takes responsibility. Guided by the communications planet and wants to get a message across properly. That means they could be very nit-picky.

LIBRA

Libra is ruled by the planet Venus.
This an AIR sign.

Libras tend to be all in their head. Libra loves love and loves relationships and flirting. It craves one to one connection, beauty and harmony. Libra is the balance, the scales, and so of course it weighs up all sides of an equation before making a decision. They always want the truth presented in a fashionable way.

SCORPIO

Scorpio is ruled by the planets Mars and Pluto.
This is a WATER sign.

Scorpio is represented by an animal that can sting you to death. They hold grudges that last a lifetime. They tend to face things that others shy away from, and sometimes it forces us to face them too. Scorpio is sexy.

SAGITTARIUS

Sagittarius is ruled by the planet Jupiter.
This is a FIRE sign.

Sagittarius is the luckiest sign of the zodiac. Sagittarius Moons are cheerful, have the capacity for big thoughts and seeing the big picture, can be preachy, complacent, and careless.

CAPRICORN

Capricorn is ruled by the planet by Saturn.
This is an EARTH sign.

Capricorns are very intense energy, disciplined and need order, understand that quality takes time, believe in hard facts and figures, no room for woo-woo, clear and precise, can evaluate things in wonderful ways, and can be stern.

AQUARIUS

Aquarius is ruled by the planets Saturn and Uranus.
This an AIR sign.

Aquarians are lofty thinkers – pragmatic and unusual. The ‘crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes, the ones who see things differently’, tend to have a love/hate relationship with technology. They are inventors, forward-thinkers, and they are sometimes too honest and often charmingly unusual.

PISCES

Pisces is ruled by the planets Jupiter and Neptune.
This is a WATER sign.

Pisces live in the world of dreams, inspiring, seductive, confusing, come across as wonderfully mystical. Pisces loves art, film and literature, soulful and psychic.

RISING SUN SIGN ASPECTS

ARIES

Aries Rising Sun is ruled by the planet Mars.
This is a FIRE sign.

Someone who might be likely to barge in, fiery, lit up, enthusiastic, and highly spontaneous.

TAURUS

Taurus Rising Sun is ruled by the planet Venus.
This is an EARTH sign.

A person who may be quite stubborn, may be heavy-set, can be lazy, someone who comes across as natural and often quite content – except when they’re a raging bull!

GEMINI

Gemini Rising Sun is ruled by the planet Mercury.
This is an AIR sign.

A very talkative person who may appear superficial. They know how to keep the conversation going.

CANCER

Cancer Rising Sun is ruled by the celestial body the Moon.
This is a WATER sign.

Enjoys serving food, is warm and homey, but can be cutting and bossy.

LEO

Leo Rising Sun is ruled by the Sun.
This is a FIRE sign.

Someone who turns heads, can razzle-dazzle, may be rather proud, and often the center of attention.

VIRGO

Virgo Rising Sun is ruled by the planet Mercury.
This is an EARTH sign.

Someone who appears modest, but hides the wilder side of them. A critic, someone who notices details, and is helpful.

LIBRA

A person who comes across as harmonious, peaceful, a good negotiator, may be diplomatic, and say things that others want to hear.

SCORPIO

Scorpio Rising Sun is ruled by the planets Mars and Pluto.

Comes across as a mystery, likes to keep secrets, has a dark side and knows it, and finds it hard to let people in. Comes across as deep and meaningful.

SAGITTARIUS

The joker, always smiling, adventurous, full of hot air, student, law-keeper, and a party person.

CAPRICORN

Capricorn Rising Sun is ruled by the planet Saturn.

This is an AIR sign.

This is the person with the bright blue hair – or something else about them seems highly unusual: like Crazy eyes! The mad scientist. The wild one. Fun.

PISCES

Pisces Rising Sun is ruled by the planets Jupiter and Neptune.
This is a WATER sign.

The dreamer, poetic, has their head in the clouds, in touch with the mystical side of life.

ARIES

The Moon in Aries is ruled by the planet Mars.
This is a FIRE sign.

Aries Moons race ahead emotionally – at full speed. They are quick to come to emotional conclusions. They are emotionally reckless at times. There’s no just “hanging around” with an Aries Moon – personally or professionally.

TAURUS

The Moon in Taurus is ruled by the planet Venus.
This is an EARTH sign.

Taurus = steady, Moon = emotions. They love all things romance, like love, and are caring. They are good with money because they want to have enough to buy the “nice things”.

GEMINI

The Moon in Gemini is ruled by the planet Mercury.
This is an AIR sign.

A Gemini Moon needs to communicate, express, and write to get to their message across. They talk to fulfill their need to listen. Ideas are all around them. They can be emotionally flippant.

CANCER

The Moon in Cancer is ruled by the celestial body the Moon.
This is a WATER sign.

Cancer is the home and family sign and the Moon is the home and family planet. This is also the Goddess sign and planet. Cancer Moons (or Moon Child) needs nurturing and they need to nurture. They need security. Can be clingy.

LEO

The Moon in Leo is ruled by the Sun.
This is a FIRE sign.

Leo Moons want to be adored. They need to be recognized for the wonderful warm and magnanimous person they are. They need attention, glitz, glamour and a bit of the spotlight.

VIRGO

The Moon in Virgo is ruled by the planet Mercury.
This is an EARTH sign.

Virgo Moons are gentle, mild-mannered people. They need good healthy food at a set time following a set routine in a clean and comfortable kitchen. They are in need of order, routine, and everything precise. They prefer to be connected to the natural scent and be outdoors connecting to nature.

LIBRA

The Moon in Libra is ruled by the planet Venus.
This is an AIR sign.

Libra Moons are indecisive. They don’t want to offend and need things to be nice, harmonious, artsy and beautiful. They need love and relationships, often bad enough that they pretend that everything is okay.

SCORPIO

The Moon in Scorpio is ruled by the planets Mars and Pluto.
This is a WATER sign.

This is a very deep and intense Moon. It’s important for them to be nice, and not take their emotional pain out on others. It’s important for them to express any negative emotional entanglements such as jealousy and revenge.

SAGITTARIUS

The Moon in Sagittarius is ruled by the planet Jupiter.
This is a FIRE sign.

Sagittarius Moon is the light-hearted comedian. Sagittarius can be superficial and glide over emotional issues. They like adventure, travel, and ethnic things. They are not emotional wet blankets or “cling-ons” but they have a theatrical display of emotions.

CAPRICORN

The Moon in Capricorn is ruled by the planet Saturn.
This is an EARTH sign.

Capricorn Moons need power. They are also incredibly emotionally resilient and know how to control their emotions. They need order and structure. They sometimes come up as emotionally cold (depending on other aspects of their chart), but it’s just that they are good at keeping a straight face.

AQUARIUS

The Moon in Aquarius is ruled by the planets Saturn and Uranus.
This is an AIR sign.

Aquarius Moons are able to emotionally detach emotionally. They are not ruled by their emotions. They are like from another planet, time, dimension, galaxy and so on. They are emotionally pragmatic and probably have a love/hate relationship with technology. They need to move forward and they are a little too much in their head. They don’t dwell on things.

PISCES

The Moon in Pisces is ruled by the planets Jupiter and Neptune.
This is a WATER sign.

Pisces Moon is the most sensitive and caring sign. They are dreamy, romantic, intuitive, creative, compassionate. They feel ALL the feelings.

Go to www.astro.com to sign up for a FREE account or sign in. You will need your date of birth, place of birth and the exact time you were born if you are creating it for the first time.
Choose FREE HOROSCOPES at the top of the menu bar. In that the drop-down select Extended Chart Selection.
In the “Chart Type” use the drop-down and select Natal Charts and Transits*.
Change the date to the date that you want to focus on, can choose a past date, current date or a future date.
Go to click here to show the chart.
You can now see your transit chart on the date that you have chosen.

SOUTH AND NORTH NODES PURPOSES AND ASPECTS

NORTH NODE

The North Node is our Life Purpose. This is where we need to go in this lifetime.

SOUTH NODE

The South Node is our past lives or what we came into this life knowing. We need to push ourselves to do our North Node work.

South Nodes within our Houses

1st House – Those with their South Node in the 1st House are obsessed with having confidence in themselves. It’s important to stand on their own two feet. And this brings us to their North Node for this lifetime which is that they need to learn how to function really well in relationships as it shows up in their 7th House.

2nd House – Those with their South Node in the 2nd House are obsessed with cash, property, and possessions. This brings them to the 8th House where they need to focus on joint financial partnerships. They can also achieve gratification with their North Node by having a great sex-life.

3rd House – Those with their South Node in the 3rd House love to chat, gossip, but it’s all empty communication. This brings their North Node into their 9th House where they need to find their life philosophy, their Truth, and they need to think about BIG IDEAS instead of fretting on all the “little things”.

4th House – Those with their South Node in the 4th House are obsessed with their home life. While operating their North Node in their 10th House, they need to push themselves out into the world, show up, have a career and make their mark.

5th House – Those with their South Note in the 5th House are obsessed with having lovers, having fun, being creative, and being self-expressive. The purpose of the North Node in their 11th House, means they need to focus on building really great friendships.

6th House – Those with their South Note in the 6th House are obsessive about controlling their environment. They spend a lot of time worrying about the things they have to do to help other people. A lot of focus is given to their daily duties. While operating this lifetime in their 12th House, they will find the answers in meditation, contemplation, taking time out for themself to fulfill their life’s purpose.

7th House – Those with their South Note in the 7th House are slightly obsessed, it’s really easy to get things done and can come across as slightly co-dependent. And in the energy of the 1st House, they must try harder to fulfill gratification, stand on their own two feet. It’s really important for their North Node success to not get lost in relationships.

8th House – Those with their South Note in the 8th House have a need for instant gratification when it comes to money, or looking for easy ways to make money. In their 2nd House, the North Node brings happiness from being financially independent.

9th House – Those with their South Note in the 9th House are chasing rainbows, the grass is always greener on the other side, always feel that wherever they are is never good enough, or they have big ideas. And their North Node in the 3rd House is focussed on coming home and getting to know their own local environment.

10th House – Those with their South Note in the 10th House are comfortable in a professional environment. The North Node in the 4th House invites you to invest as much into their personal life as they would in their family life as they would in their career.

11th House – Those with their South Note in the 11th House loves to spend time in groups of people surrounded by friends. While the North Node in the 5th House is where they must learn to express themselves individually. They need to find pleasure in being intimate with themselves or 1:1 relationships.

12th House – Those with their South Note in the 12th House are big dreamers. The challenge for the North Node in the 6th House is to take care of their daily business and being down to earth about it.
