“Get Moving” Program is where EVERY DAY you have the opportunity to get your body groovin’ and movin’.
1. Commit to at least one day a week or commit to the days that work for you.
2. Stop believing that exercise has to be torture.
3. Find a buddy – or two, or three – and make a pact to motivate each other.
There are ALWAYS modifications and adjustments.
