What is Talk Back Thursday? Starting this month on Thursdays, I will Livestream Talk Back Thursday and chat about a particular topic. The topics are randomly chosen, usually based on a request or a theme that has been coming up. It is set up so that people can come and join in the discussion Live. There were a few times last year that we randomly had that happen. It was great to simply have these random conversations.

This week is about FEAR. This is something that shows up in all of our lives. Whether we like it or not, this is an emotion that needs to be talked about. We are afraid of something or other.
Fear can show up when we least expect it. I used to struggle a lot when that fear showed up, especially when it was masked by other emotions, like anxiety, frustration, and even anger. For me mostly, it tends to show up as anger.
When it shows up as anger, I then become reactive, which causes a whole other wealth of problems for me in my life. Hindsight is always 20/20. I’ve learned that if I can recognize it early, I can then take control of my crazy thoughts that are having a party in my head.

Yesterday, on my personal Facebook profile I jokingly shared this statement, “Don’t bother walking a mile in my shoes. That would be boring. Spend 30 seconds in my head. That’ll freak you right out.”. And I say jokingly, but really some days that’s exactly what is happening in my head.
Fear stops us from taking that next step. It can be as simple as starting a new ritual or routine or as intense as addressing an issue in a relationship. Yesterday on our Live Weekly Interview, Schroeder mentioned how our Throat Chakra is impacted by how we express ourselves. And it is so true. For most of us, this Chakra is unbalanced. Either we don’t say what we want to say or we blurt out something that we wish we could take back … or a combination of both. And these really impact our relationships.
This leads me to my shift in focus when working with my clients. Many of the conversations I’ve had with my clients have been geared toward feeling disempowered in their personal relationships.
They are the “go-to” people at work, in their community, and even in their families. But when it comes to communicating their needs in their personal relationships they stay silent, they submit because they don’t want to fight, they fight never expressing themselves, or end the relationship.
My focus this year is to help successful women who feel disempowered in their personal relationships stand in their truth and communicate with confidence.

Are you ready to stand in your truth and feel fulfilled so you can finally achieve all your desires?
This is the work I’m passionate about. I work with successful women who feel disempowered in their personal relationships to stand in their truth and communicate with confidence.
If you’re ready to discover the #1 block keeping you from standing in your truth and communicating with confidence in your relationships, join me for a complimentary Stand In Your Truth Call.
I strongly believe that each person has the ability to heal themselves and that my job is to bridge the gap between the client and the methods that best suit their process. No matter what our experience in life we can change our lives by taking action and not staying stuck. By helping ourselves, we help others who are struggling with similar experiences. No one comes through this world without struggle, but it’s how we move through those struggles that get us to the other side.
