WINTER SOLSTICE – 2020
The winter solstice occurs when one of the Earth’s poles has its maximum tilt away from the Sun. It happens twice yearly, once in each hemisphere (Northern and Southern).
The winter solstice, the longest night of the year, falls on December 21 or 22 in the Northern Hemisphere and June 20 or 21 in the Southern. During this time, we celebrate the “return” of the Sun. Although our days begin to get brighter, we still have a long road ahead for these winter months. Nurturing our bodies in Self-care is a great way to help move out of this energy in preparation for re-awakening in the Spring.

Tree roots serve a variety of functions for the tree. Roots absorb and transfer moisture and minerals as well as provide support for the above-ground portion. Non-woody are found mostly in the upper few inches of soil. The primary function of these roots is to absorb water and nutrients.
Daily Messages
Daisies symbolize innocence and purity. This stems from an old Celtic legend. In Norse mythology, the daisy is Freya’s sacred flower. Freya is the goddess of love, beauty, and fertility, and as such the daisy came to symbolize childbirth, motherhood, and new beginnings.
Each day, you will receive a Daily Message to inspire you as we move through this journey together.
Each day marks a new beginning. We make many mistakes in a day. You can’t turn back the clock, so looking ahead is the only option we have.
It’s important to remember that with each mistake is an opportunity for a new lesson. We learn from our mistakes and it helps us grow as a person.
Sometimes we repeat the same patterns, this often means we haven’t learned the lesson.
In life, we sometimes feel like we’ve taken 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. Those extra steps allow us to get a little further each time. So that when we look back, we can see that we are really much farther than we believed when we only look back on yesterday.
I am honoured that you have chosen to be here with all of us. Here we will form great connections with other BEAUTIFUL SOULS just like you.
Talk soon,
Rollie xoxo

Weekly Meditation
The Lotus flower is regarded in many different cultures, especially in eastern religions, as a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration, and rebirth. Its characteristics are a perfect analogy for the human condition: even when its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the Lotus produces the most beautiful flower.
Meditation looks different for many of us. When I first started meditating, I struggled with being able to be still. Many times I do not sit still.
Meditation is defined as a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Each week I will offer a different meditation for you to connect with. Some may include movement, while others will ask you to be still. And many of these meditations will get you to create body-awareness.
You have access to many other meditations on YouTube, Spotify, and so many other spots.
Whether you choose to use these weekly meditations or find your own, I simply ask that you find time at least once a week to connect with yourself. Allow your mind to slow down even if it’s only for a few minutes.
Monthly Lifehack
A bonsai tree symbolizes harmony, peace, an order of thoughts, balance, and all that is good in nature. It is an art form that reflects the connectedness of life and a respect for the beauty of nature. It represents complex emotions and is used to communicate ideas reflected the aesthetic qualities in nature through balance, simplicity, and peace.
A Lifehack is any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method that increases productivity and efficiency, in all walks of life.
Do you want a better life? Our monthly Lifehacks will help you solve that problem. In order for these Lifehacks to work, you need to be ready, willing, and able to implement them.
Many times we say we want change, but our behaviour proves that we really don’t want to change. We are often afraid of the unknown. We need to put things into action for things to be better.
This program is all about making changes in our lives to make our lives better. About 95% of people join the “average club”. These are the people who leave the most important things on the table. The people who just aren’t quite there.
Over the years, we’ve created habits that we often label as “values”. The “values” then form habits. A behaviour becomes a habit, as it becomes automatic, once it’s become a habit, it no longer feels like a thought. It simply looks automatic to us.
Each month, we will learn a new “lifehack” in the hopes of creating habits based on our values of what is important to us.

Weekly Group Coaching
Trees are known for their wisdom. They are grounding through their deep roots into Mother Earth. They stand tall and grow in to meet Father Sky. They provide shelter and protection of other living creatures. They live longer than humans. A tree wants to be nothing more, except what it is. share water and nutrients through the networks, and also use them to communicate. They send distress signals about drought and disease and alter their behaviour when they receive these messages.
Group Coaching offers a shared experience through community as they form a close and confidential bond where they can rely on each other to achieve their goals. Because they can count on each other, they feel free to share their needs, open and honest feedback, and useful and practical resources among each other.
The peer learning process often helps those who are more introverted feel they are less “on the spot” and it may allow more time for reflection and be able to articulate their insights.
It also allows them to have their very own cheering squad and others to help celebrate the successes, while also provided a place to be held accountable for while they apply the content that they got from group coaching.

Daily Affirmations
In Medieval Times, it was reputed that Sage was able to impart wisdom and improve the memory. The word sage in the sense of a wise man is derived from that belief. Smudging has long been used to connect to the spiritual realm or enhance intuition and used to achieve a healing state — or to solve or reflect upon spiritual dilemmas.
Morning Meditation Ritual
Sunflower symbolizes adoration, loyalty, and longevity, and its association with spiritual knowledge and desire to seek the light and the truth. Much of the meaning of sunflowers stems from its namesake, the sun itself.

Daily Affirmations help us become stronger by creating a belief in the potential of an action we desire to manifest in our lives. Affirmations are proven methods of self-improvement because of their ability to rewire our brains. They raise the level of “feel-good” hormones and move us into a more positive thought.
When you have a Morning Meditation Ritual, you will feel good, emotionally and physically. We already know that meditation enhances the part of our brain that is associated with positive emotions and experiences. The ideal time to meditate is first thing in the morning, however, you can do it at any time throughout the day.
