Sarah’s journey through menopause has guided her to support women across the globe with healthy and empowered aging. Sarah is a movement teacher whose work focuses on healthy bones and a healthy pelvic floor.
Sarah created Bone Boot Camp, an online, at-home strength training program for women with low bone density.
Sarah also has 2 online memberships. “Short & Sweet with Sarah” is a comprehensive movement-based core program. “Strong Bones Healthy Body” is an exercise class membership that is all osteoporosis safe. It includes low-impact cardio, to strength, to restorative, and more.
One of the unique features of Sarah’s work is that every movement program is rooted in the breath as the foundation. This work is different in that the goal is to not only get stronger but to relieve, reduce and remove signals of pelvic floor dysfunction like leaking urine during exercise as well as chronic low back pain.
Sarah’s passion is to help women like herself who are dealing with a low bone density diagnosis and are seeking natural pathways, healthier bones, and a full and active life.
Sarah’s focus is on achievable small steps to gradually make changes in women’s bodies. Mindset is a large part of how Sarah helps women to go from the fear of movement to confidence and activity again.
